What does it mean to be part of The Fourth Wall’s interview pool?

It means that you are helping push Filipino research forward! You are helping with our vision to understand the Filipino with Filipino data. That also means that you are one of those we will contact first when we have a study that is relevant to your profile, interests, or hobbies.

What are the benefits of being part of the interview pool?

As member of the interview pool, you are considered for participation in The Fourth Wall’s interviews, surveys, research studies, or other activities conducted by our team. It provides you with opportunities to make your voice heard: share your opinions, insights, and experiences on relevant topics. And for certain studies, get a chance to be compensated monetarily for your participation.

How frequently do I get invited to be part of your interviews?

The frequency of contact may vary depending on our research needs and the availability of relevant opportunities based on your profile and preferences.

How do you select participants for a given study?

We select our participants based on the study's objectives, the demographic profile needed, the interests, hobbies, and the participants' expertise on the topic. Generally, participants should meet specific demographic criteria, possess relevant experience or knowledge, and be willing to provide honest and thoughtful feedback during interviews.

Is my participation voluntary?

Yes! If we find that your profile, preferences, interests, or hobbies fit what we need for our study, we will send you an invitation to participate. And, in that invitation, you can opt to join or decline.

If I join the pool and decline the invitation, does that mean I will no longer be part of the pool?

No, declining an invitation does not remove you from our pool of interviewees. You will still be part of our pool; however, you will not be considered for the specific study where you declined our invitation.

Will my personal information be kept confidential?

Yes, of course! We take confidentiality very seriously. We adhere to strict data protection measures to safeguard our panelists' privacy. This is why we get our own panelists through this way where it is 100% voluntary. We will never sell your data, share anything, or attribute any information back to you. In rare cases where we need to mention or quote interviews (such as professionals in scientific or medical industries) we will ask for your consent in written format and will document it fully.

Do I automatically get incentives when I join this pool?

Not necessarily. Incentive schemes will be mentioned. In most cases, you will go through a screener survey and only be incentivized after we complete the interview for a study with you.
